Venture Capital in the Rockies is being held at the on-mountain Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek, Colorado.

Venture Capital in the Rockies has reserved a block of rooms at the Park Hyatt at a group discount rate of $550 per night (Valley View room). To make your reservations under this rate, call 970 949 1234 and ask for the Venture Capital in the Rockies rate. Since these rooms are limited, we encourage you to make your hotel reservation as soon as possible.

How to Get Here
Beaver Creek is located just off I-70 approximately 110 miles west of Denver and 15 miles west of Vail. For quickest access to Beaver Creek by airplane, fly into the Vail/Eagle County Airport (EGE), which is approximately 25 minutes west of Beaver Creek. You may also fly into the Denver International Airport (DEN), which is a 2 hour 15 minute drive from Beaver Creek.

 
Lift Tickets & Equipment Rental

A complimentary Beaver Creek lift ticket valid for Thursday's conference ski day is included with your conference registration. Additional discounted lift tickets will be available for purchase during the conference.

If you plan on skiing or snowboarding during the conference, rental equipment will be available at the Park Hyatt. Make sure to indicate on your registration form that you wish to rent equipment so we can ensure adequate equipment is available. Further information on picking up your equipment will be available upon check-in. If you have questions about equipment, contact Beaver Creek Sports at 970-748-6880.
